AshNet strives to provide 99.9% uptime. Occasional maintenance may be required and announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
AshNet is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AshNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
